'Kids Out'
Every June the Waterlooville Rotary Club joins forces with other Rotary Clubs in the area to take local children with special needs for a fun day out to Paultons Park. We assemble our forces (and our own transport) at local Special Needs schools to give them what always turns out to be a day to remember. We enjoy it ourselves as well of course - how often do you get a chance to go on the kiddy rides at Paultons Park?! And after our sandwiches and drinks for lunch we're ready to give it another go.
With the children safely returned to school for collection we're able to return home for forty winks in the knowledge that the children will soon be doing the same......!
This is one of the events where we see first hand just what doing good really means.
